The Luminous Life Transformations is our embodied coaching realm, where we delve into deeper nourishment, courageous transformations and embodied living.
You may have built an admirable life by all outward measures. Achieved what was expected of you, what you believed to be right, required and even desired. You followed this path faithfully, trusting it would lead you where you were meant to arrive. And yet, a restless stir is sifting through your deepest desires.
The life story may look great on the outside but an inner voice has started to stir, ‘Is this it?’ or ‘What next?’ signalling a threshold moment and pivotal crossroad: to resist what is emerging or to realign with what truly matters?

Together, we hold space for these threshold moments or pivotal crossroads causing uncertainty, overwhelm and deep inner questioning. We honour your presence as you seek calm, to regulate over-thinking and reclaim inner peace and clarity. We honour the tiredness that comes from years of doing, striving and holding it all together. We honour the ache of arriving somewhere that once felt right, only to discover it no longer aligns with who you are. We honour the grief that can surface when shedding an older version of yourself, that can bring fear of losing parts of your life that you hold so dear. Hi. My name is Briseis (Brie-say). I support clients at life’s pivotal crossroads, or any point their life story seeks real meaning, magic or deeper sense of belonging. At The Luminous Life Transformations I combine embodied coaching, creative intelligence and soul-led mastery. We journey together through the most enlightening, empowering and life-changing transformations. As an Embodied Creative Impact Coach, I guide clients back to their inner courage, resilience and brilliance, so that living becomes deeply cherished, valuable and luminous.
At the heart of my work is a sincere purpose: to leave more light in the world. My leadership comes from lived experiences and a deep reverence for life itself. I hold an abiding awe for the magnificence of this planet we are so privileged to show-up on…with felt awareness that we are currently living in times where social norms and conditionings are cracking at the core, placing human courage, resilience and brilliance, as essential attributes to lead a fulfilling life.
My role is not shaped by professional training and techniques alone, but through a sense of wonder and curiosity, courageous living, community contributions, career evolutions, solo travel experiences, global relocations, trailblazing family upbringing, and an embodied commitment to curate meaningful lifestyles and connections I feel truly aligned with, as I continue to evolve and explore the world in this lifetime.
I know what it takes to… move through dark spells alone; leave unhealthy work cultures and start my own businesses; relocate and reinvent my life, career and network on the other side of the world, solo; show-up luminous for others as they celebrate new borns, while suffering deep and private grief for not being capable to bear a child, that I tried but failed to co-create.* (*Endometriosis stole my greatest purpose and privilege.)
My soul courage has carried me through all chapters… adventures, commitments, careers, achievements, love, loss, upheavals, financial independence, reinvention, grief, transitions and bold departures from old versions of self, relationships, work or places no longer aligned.
I believe true impact begins within. In a culture that rewards productivity, milestones and constant striving, I choose an embodied way of living that honours my heritage, my present, my legacy, the animal kingdom and our Planet.
When we live from inner brilliance our impact becomes generous, enduring, loveable and deeply human.
