The Luminous Life Atelier is our embodied coaching portal, where we delve into deeper nourishment, courageous transformations and embodied living.
You may have built an admirable life by all outward measures. Achieved what was expected of you, what you believed to be right, required and even desired. You followed this path faithfully, trusting it would lead you where you were meant to arrive. And yet, a restless stir is sifting through your deepest desires… asking for something more.
The life story may look great on the outside but an inner calling has started to whisper, ‘What next?’… marking a threshold moment and pivotal crossroad: to resist what is emerging or realign with what truly matters?

We honour your presence as you seek calm, to regulate over-thinking and reclaim inner peace and clarity. We honour the tiredness that comes from years of doing, striving and holding it all together. We honour the grief that can surface when shedding an older version of yourself, that can bring fear of losing parts of your life that you hold so dear. Meet Your Coach
My name is Briseis (Brie-say). As an Embodied Creative Impact Coach, I support adults at any point their life journey seeks more clarity, excitement or meaning. I help guide clients back to their inner courage and brilliance, so that living feels deeply courageous, aligned, meaningful and luminous.
Through The Luminous Life Atelier I bring together embodied coaching, creative intelligence and soul-led mastery to support others to live by their deepest desires and from authenticity rather than expectations.
At the heart of my work is a sincere purpose: to help create more light in the world… by walking beside others as they reconnect with their inner brilliance, live with wonderment to embellish not just personal life stories, but as a luminous ripple effect for others, and for the world we leave behind.
My leadership comes from lived experience and a deep reverence for life itself. I hold an abiding awe for the magnificence of this world we are so privileged to show-up on…with felt awareness that we are living in a time where perspective can narrow, sense of urgency overwhelm and deeper meaning, easily be forgotten.
My role as ‘coach’ is not shaped by professional training and techniques alone, but through worldly experiences, community contributions, career evolutions, embodied transformations and mindset breakthroughs, many pivotal crossroads and threshold moments, solo travel journeys, global relocations, trailblazing family upbringing and embodied commitment to curate a meaningful life I love.
I know what it takes to… move through dark spells; leave toxic work cultures and start my own businesses; relocate to the other side of the world solo; show-up luminous for others while suffering deep and private grief for the loss of a core purpose, being my own child that I tried but failed to co-create. (Endometriosis took this privilege from me with the news landing at the peak of career, and when closest friends were celebrating pregnancies and first birthdays.)
My soul courage has carried me through all chapters… adventures, achievements, commitments, love, loss, careers, upheavals, financial independence, reinvention, grief, transitions and bold departures from old versions of self, relationships, work or places that no longer felt aligned.
I believe true impact begins within. In a culture that rewards productivity, milestones and constant striving, I choose an embodied way of living that honours presence, peace, authenticity, creativity, contribution, deep connections, respect for animals, nature and leaving the world brighter.
When we live from inner brilliance our impact becomes generous, enduring, loveable and deeply human.
