A founder's story.

People often ask what Apricus is. A wellbeing business?
A coaching practice?
A lifestyle brand? The answer is... yes to all of the above.

But before it became any of those things, Apricus already existed as the philosophy sacredly shaping how I moved through the world. Only years later, did I recognise the connection between my creative life, the rituals that sustained me, and the way of living I had unknowingly been creating all along.

This is a little story of how possibility became Apricus. Not just as a business... but as a living philosophy. A philosophy that continues to inspire everything we create through writing, embodied coaching, sensorial wellbeing and meaningful conversations.

Because I believe wellbeing isn’t something we occasionally pursue. It’s something we live…
